Shaun “SF” Banks brings more than 25 years of experience in business, multimedia, sales, leadership, and organizational development. His approach is grounded in something simple: real-world experience building, leading, and executing—not just theory.

In 2007, Shaun founded the I AM Defense Institute, followed by Camp Warrior King, a large-scale youth development program that serves thousands of families. His leadership later expanded through his "You Can Have It All!" platform, youth conferences, media initiatives, and international podcast appearances.

With extensive experience delivering professional development and leadership training, Shaun continues to work with corporations, organizations, and institutions across multiple industries, helping teams strengthen communication, leadership, customer service, and performance.

Shaun is also the author of three books focused on parenting, youth development, and personal growth.
